Data is used exclusively for timeline generation, resource levelling, and milestone reporting. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for benchmarking industry schedule performance.

3. Data Storage & Security

Project data is stored on SOC 2 certified servers with AES-256 encryption. Access is limited to assigned scheduling team members via role-based permissions. We retain records for 3 years post-project completion per contractual requirements.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Smartsheet, Asana, and Microsoft Project. Each provider has its own privacy policy. We ensure contractual data processing agreements are in place.
