1. Service Scope

Our time management services include initial schedule baseline creation, weekly progress updates, critical path analysis, and monthly performance reports. Services are provided as standalone advisory or integrated with your project management team.

2. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate project information, timely approvals, and access to subcontractors. Delays caused by incomplete information will extend the schedule accordingly and may incur additional fees.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted based on project size, complexity, and duration. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Overdue accounts may accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

4. Intellectual Property

All scheduling tools, templates, and methodologies remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use the final schedule outputs for the specific project only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services. We are not liable for consequential damages including project delays caused by unforeseen site conditions or third-party failures.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive the latest schedule files. Fees for work performed up to termination are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County.
